1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2-4 business days of the order being placed.
  • “Business days” are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM IST on any given day will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery (PAN India)

Rozelo ships orders across India using a reliable network of courier partners.

Standard Delivery Timeline:

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 5 business days
  • Maximum Delivery Time: 10 business days
  • This is the estimated transit time after your order has been dispatched from our location.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your specific location (e.g., remote or rural areas) and any unforeseen courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the assigned courier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

4. Important Notes & Potential Delays

  • Unexpected Delays: While we and our courier partners strive for timely delivery, please be aware that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities, public holidays, political disruptions, or carrier-specific issues. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@rozelo.in with your order number. We will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue and find a resolution as quickly as possible.
